September, 2020 and October, 2020 Oral Arguments To Be Conducted By Videoconference

In light of the current pandemic, the court has determined the oral argument sessions to be held on September 21-25, 2020 and October 19-23, 2020 will be conducted by videoconference. Counsel scheduled to present oral argument at these sessions will be notified approximately 30 days before the court session and will be provided additional information regarding the date and time of the session, as well as the procedures to be employed at the videoconference arguments. Information regarding public access to the argument sessions will be provided at a later date.

All videoconferences will be conducted using the  Microsoft Teams videoconferencing application.

No decision has been made at this time as to whether the November and December oral argument sessions will be conducted in person or by videoconference.

The September, 2020 oral argument calendar will be published during the week of August 17-21, 2020.

Questions regarding the oral argument sessions should be addressed to the Clerk's Office.
