8th Circuit closed on December 5th for National Day of Mourning

 By Executive Order dated December 1, 2018, President Donald J. Trump has hereby ordered the closing of executive departments and agencies of the federal government as a mark of respect for the late President George Herbert Walker Bush.  Following the lead of the Executive Branch, the Supreme Court will be in recess and the Administrative Office will be closed.  The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit will likewise close for business on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, to honor former President Bush.  Filings due this Wednesday in our Court will be extended to the next business day, Thursday, December 6th.
