General Alphabetic Search options gives you a "last resort" means of finding
case information when all you know is a party's last name or attorney's last
name.

When you click on an option on the left, a list of the alphabet, A through Z
will be presented, then click on the letter that corresponds to the first
letter of the person last name.  A list all persons whose last name begins
with that letter will be displayed on the right, along with the Eighth 
Circuit Court of Appeals case number and the parties in the case.  
Clicking on the case number, brings up all documents available for that case.
